Our goal is to create awareness within all women of their inner goddess. Our unique perspectives on childbirth, parenting, and breastfeeding education combined with personal experiences allow us to encourage self-discovery during pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
 
 
 
 
 
I am a mom of two amazing kids and have been a Registered Nurse since 2000. I have spent the majority of my career working in NICU and pediatrics. Babies are my passion. I love working with new families and I am honoured to play a part in their lives in their journey through parenthood. I have numerous experiences helping parents with breastfeeding challenges and have also taken continuing education courses in breastfeeding. I am a Baby Within Certified Infant Massage Instructor, and a Certified Children's Restraint SafetyTechnician, and I have taken training in Birthing From Within. I have done a great deal of research on natural living and 'green' parenting and hope to be able to help other families incorporate some of what I have learned into their lives. My goal is to help young families reach their full potential in health and wellness while limiting their impact on Mother Earth.

I am a birth doula, a childbirth educator and most importantly a mom to three beautiful children.  I have been fascinated with pregnancy and childbirth my entire life and am just now realizing the importance of "mothering the mother".  I am a certified birth doula with DONA International.  My education includes the Birthing From Within course for childbirth education, as well as medical training as a laboratory and x-ray technologist.  I am also certified with the Yoga Birth Method and am pursuing training as a yoga instructor.
